Sports Performance Bootcamp for Boys
Grades: 9th – 12th

Program Description
PAC’s Sports Performance Bootcamp for Boys will focus on proper movement mechanics, coordination and strength building. In addition, as participants are showing signs of physical and mental maturation, the program will shift focus to maintaining athletic movement while continually increasing speed, strength, agility and functional power. From here, the program will progress into more advanced core training methods along with static flexibility. Technique will then be fine tuned through a series of repetition so that participants may gain the highest level of execution. In addition to Sports Performance based training methodologies, the program will also incorporate its Bootcamp training methods to keep the body guessing, increasing metabolism, building muscle and eliminating that dreaded plateau effect. Each week, participants will be introduced to new, fun and challenging exercises in conjunction with high-tech sports performance based training that guarantees results. PAC is a pioneer in Fitness Bootcamp and Sports Performance related training. Our programs are 1st class, your workout will be 2nd to none and the results are guaranteed to please.

Program Description
PAC’s Fitness Bootcamp for Women is designed to offer new, fun and challenging exercises during every session in order to keep your body guessing, increasing your overall metabolism while building muscle and burning fat. In addition to this, program exercises are strictly designed towards women along with addressing areas of injury prevention. PAC’s Zumba® Dance

Classes will be held 2 times per week, Monday & Wednesday Evenings beginning September 13th
Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Zumba Dance will be open to all Cape Trinity and Wildwood Catholic Female Students and Family Members Grade Levels 5th thru 12th. Class will also be open to any Adult Female members of students’ extended families.
Location: Wildwood Catholic
Cost: $10 per class or 10 for $80.
