Sports Performance FAQ's
What does PAC do?
We train young athletes to be the best they can be, based upon their goals and the demands of their sport. Our programs focus on improving speed, strength, power and most of all FUN!
How do you train athletes?
We train athletes using performance programs we have developed based on years of research and first hand knowledge. Sessions consist of a a warm-up, movement prep, speed & power development, strength training, agility, balance, core training and flexibility.
How do PAC Training Sessions work?
PAC Training is available in group sessions. Most athletes will participate in training 2-3 times a week, therefore the amount of sessions you choose will be dictated by an athletes season as well as age.
Will I have the same trainer/coach every session?
At PAC you will train with the same trainer each and every session. We feel this is important for the best supervision and progress of the program. When an athlete works with the same trainer each time the overall outcome of the training and the communication between the trainer and athlete is greatly benefited. Having one trainer also allows the trainer to stay tuned in on the athlete's specific strengths and weaknesses that can fluctuate from time to time. Only in rare situations will an athlete work with a different trainer but rest assured each trainer follows PAC's specific training protocols to ensure a safe and effective training session is completed.
What results can I expect and how quick will I notice them?
PAC has the ability to enhance every athlete's speed, power, strength, quickness, flexibility, balance, and conditioning. Your individual results will be dependent on how often you train with us as well as your age. The more time we have to work with you the more results you will get. Your individual genetics and commitment to training will also play a factor, as well as rest and nutrition.
