"I tore my ACL while playing basketball. My surgeon said it would be at least six to nine months before I would be able to play softball again. Nick worked along with my physical therapist to develop an exercise prescription that would speed up my recovery as well as provide future injury prevention. At each visit my surgeon would tell me that I was way ahead of schedule on my recovery time, and I know it was because of my training program with Nick. I got cleared to play softball after only 5 months of therapy. Not only has my leg strength improved, my overall strength and flexibility has improved. I am continuing my strength and conditioning program with Nick in preparation for playing Division I softball. "
