What is PAC Fitness Boot Camp?
PAC Fitness Boot Camp is an indoor/outdoor fitness program that includes expert fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and fun, inspiring and motivational training designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.

What if I'm not physically fit when I start?
Boot Camp is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Participants will be given exercise modifications and alternatives to ensure everyone has a safe and effective workout. No one will be left behind or asked to do something they cannot perform safely. More than likely you will not be the fittest person at camp or the most out of shape.

How often will we meet?
Please view the schedule page for details on your specific Boot Camp.

Where is the camp held?
Camps will be held inside Miracles Fitness of Rio Grande behind the Joe Canal's Store and Miracles Fitness of Seaville on Rt 50. Our Outdoor Camps are held at different locations, please call us for more information.

What time are the camps?
Camps are held at different times throughout the year. Call 609-886-2939 for camp schedules.

What types of activities will I perform?
We do everything from intense cardio blasts, strength training (using hand weights, bands, medicine balls and body weight), core training, circuit training and more. Every workout is different from the session before ensuring maximum results in a minimal amount of time.

What type of results can I expect?
You will feel physical improvement in as little as one week. Visual results may take up to four weeks depending on your attendance and your effort level. Either way you are going to get results, guaranteed!

What do I need to bring?
Nothing. We will provide you with all the equipment necessary for your workout. Just bring a bottle of water and your desire to improve each day. Be sure to eat something light before camp to ensure you will not get light headed during your session.

Who comes to camp?
People just like you looking to improve their overall health and lose weight. Whether you want to lose those last 5 pounds or over 50 pounds, Boot Camp will get you the results you want.

The current session has already started, can I join in or do I have to wait?
You can join in at any time as long as there is room in the boot camp. If you join for the first time more than a week after the start date, you can pay a prorated fee for your first month. CONTACT US for more details.

What should I do after the 4-week session?
Most of our participants are so happy with their results they will enroll in another 4-week session to achieve even greater ones. Remember with Boot Camp each session will challenge you to get better and is different to ensure results. Our boot camp will continue every 4 weeks and provide you with your weight loss goals. You will not continue to improve if you reach your goals and stop after your first 4-week session. Make boot camp a part of your healthy lifestyle and live a happy and healthy life.

What does it cost to join?
Your investment is only $119 per month - That's less than $10 per day for the 3x week Boot Camp. The 2x week Boot Camp is only $99 per month. Outdoor Boot Camp is $12 per session or 10 for $100. *Your investment includes the Boot Camp sessions, a one month Miracles Fitness membership (which includes group exercise classes!), nutritional coaching, unlimited email support, and AWESOME Results! How do I sign up?
Complete the online registration form or stop by your local Miracles Fitness.
